No lead is older than 7 days. If a site comes back online before you pitch, we replace the lead.
Billing questions
Yes. Subscriptions cancel from your Stripe billing portal at any time and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. There is no minimum term.
A lead is one business with a confirmed dead website, delivered to you with its full death timeline and outreach tools. You are only ever billed for leads that are actually delivered, capped at your plan's monthly limit.
On the Agency plan, once a lead is delivered to you, it is stamped with a 7 day exclusivity window. That business will not be delivered to any other Lapsed Leads customer until the window expires, so you are never competing with another designer using the same tool.
You are never charged for a search that returns no dead website leads. Try a broader location or a related industry category.
